Govt expands scheme to tackle disadvantage

The Government has announced plans to expand the CLAR programme designed to tackle disadvantage and population decline in rural areas.

The programme is being expanded to include a number of new areas in Carlow, Kilkenny, Wicklow, Laois and Offaly.
