The Labour Court has awarded more than €6,500 to a Filipino truck driver as compensation for underpayment of wages.

Jose Lito Quiber worked for four years for Johnson Logistics until his contract ended in 2005.

SIPTU says he was working a 60-hour week for less than the minimum wage.
