Man arrested in connection with boy’s death in 2001

Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a 46-year-old man in connection with the death of a 12-year-old boy in the city four and a half years ago.

The man is being questioned about the death of Stephen Hughes following a fire at a makeshift den where he was playing outside his home in Tallaght in September 2001.
