More than 100 trucks protest in Dublin over port tunnel

A convoy of about 100 trucks has gathered around the East Wall area of Dublin city in protest over trucker’s concerns with heavy goods vehicle management in the port tunnel.

The protest, which will cause major disruption around the East Link toll bridge will continue until about 9.30am and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.
