Woman dies in Co Cork road accident

A woman in her 30s has died following a road accident in Co Cork this morning.

The victim’s car hit a wall at about 8.45am on the Fermoy to Mallow road, at Castlehyde.

Gardaí in Fermoy are appealing for witnesses.

The dead woman has not yet been named.
