Study warns that €160m PPARS fiasco could happen again

A study commissioned by the Health Service Executive has reportedly found that the fiasco surrounding the €160m PPARS computer system could happen again.

Reports this morning said the confidential study had warned that the weaknesses in management which led to the PPARS debacle had still not been resolved.
