Fine Gael accuses Martin of abusing codes of conduct

Fine Gael has accused the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment of breaching the rules in order to further the Government's handling of the Groceries Order controversy.

It has emerged that a senior civil servant briefed a meeting of Fianna Fáil TDs on the matter last year.
