Man held in connection with Dublin gun murder
Gardaí in Dublin have arrested a man in connection with the fatal shooting of Daragh McCormack in the Blanchardstown area of the city at the weekend.
Mr McCormack died in hospital after he was shot in the back last Saturday night close to his home in Whitestown Park.
Gardaí believe that he knew his killers.
A man and woman were arrested in connection with the murder on Sunday, but were later released without charge.
Another man was also arrested in the Blanchardstown area shortly after 10pm last night and can be held for up to 72 hours before being charged or released.
