'One-fifth of motorists break speed limit near schools'

One-fifth of motorists break the speed limit while driving near schools, according to a study carried out by transition-year students at Templeogue College in Dublin.

The study found that female drivers are the worst offenders, with one woman detected driving 20kms over the speed limit near a school.
