PSNI hosts hate-crimes conference

The Police Service of Northern Ireland is hosting a conference on how to tackle the problem of hate crime in Belfast.

Around 200 academics and human rights experts are expected to attend the two-day event, which coincides with a new PSNI poster campaign designed to raise awareness of the issue.
