Man dies after assault in west Belfast

Police in the North have arrested a man following a fatal assault near the Springfield Road in west Belfast last night.

The 21-year-old victim died after being attacked at a flat in the Oak Villa area at around 7.15pm.

The PSNI is treating the case as murder and has appealed for anyone with information to come forward in confidence.
