Non-nationals mount anti-deportation protest outside Dáil

Around 50 foreign nationals have mounted a protest outside Leinster House today as the Dáil resumes following a five-week Christmas break.

The demonstrators, who are protesting against government policy on deportations, have accused the Fianna Fáil-Progressive Democrats of lacking compassion towards asylum-seekers.
