Opposition lines up to challenge Ahern as Dáil resumes

The Dáil resumes today as the main opposition parties continue to reassert themselves as a credible alternative to the Government.

With the next general election 16 months away, Fine Gael and Labour will press on with drafting common policies and selecting candidates.
