US biopharmaceutical firm to create 800 new jobs in Cork

A US biopharmaceutical company is expected to create hundreds of jobs at a major new facility in Cork in the coming years.

Amgen is believed to be planning a €1.3bn manufacturing investment in the Carrigtwohill area that could initially create up to 800 jobs.
