Supreme Court to deliver Curtin judgment in March

The Supreme Court has said it will deliver judgment this March on Judge Brian Curtin's attempt to stop TDs and senators from removing him from office.

The Circuit Court judge is challenging plans by the Oireachtas to establish a committee to investigate his behaviour with a view to having him removed from the bench.
