NI's broadband coverage shames south, claims TD

Northern Ireland’s status as the first European region to be fully broadband-enabled puts the rest of the island to shame, it was claimed tonight.

Labour TD Tommy Broughan said the achievement of 100% coverage in the North highlighted the dismal broadband deficit in the Republic.
