A Dun Laoghaire man is scheduled to be sentenced next month by Judge Joseph Matthews at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for refusing to give a sample in a garda station.

A Dun Laoghaire man is scheduled to be sentenced next month by Judge Joseph Matthews at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for refusing to give a sample in a garda station.

Moses O’Conner (aged 25), Northumberland Drive, Dun Laoghaire has pleaded not guilty to refusing to give the sample on April 30, 2003 and to theft of a mobile phone on the same date.

He has pleaded not guilty to assaulting Garda Cian Long and bouncer Mr Bobbie Jenkins causing them harm at Marine Road on the same date at Marine Road.

Judge Matthews adjourned sentence because a medical report wasn’t available.
