A Dun Laoghaire man is scheduled to be sentenced next month by Judge Joseph Matthews at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for refusing to give a sample in a garda station.

A jury has been sworn in for the trial at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court of a man for the alleged assault of a garda and a security officer.
