Greens seek publication of local council funding report

The Green Party has demanded that the Government publish a report on local government funding that has been in its possession since November.

Party spokesman Ciaran Cuffe has accused Minister for the Environment Dick Roche of deliberately withholding the document as it recommends measures that would be unpalatable to the electorate.
