Greens demand enforcement of cattle traceability laws

The Green Party has accused the Government of encouraging smugglers by failing to properly enforce cattle traceability laws.

The party claims the smuggling of untagged cattle into Ireland is a major problem and is increasing the likelihood of a serious BSE outbreak.
