Govt confirms plans to limit truck drivers’ working hours

The Department of Transport has confirmed plans to limit the number of hours that truck and van drivers can work in any one period.

The Department said today that measures coming into force on January 2nd would limit the working week to 60 hours, including no more than 10 hours in any one day.
