Dumper truck driver killed

The driver of a dumper truck died after he was flung from his vehicle in Co Galway, gardaí said today.

A garda spokesman said the truck went out of control at Ballinahalla, Moycullen at lunchtime yesterday and local man Thomas Walsh, 53 died at the scene.
