The High Court this afternoon reserved judgement in a bid by lawyers for John Gilligan and his family to prevent the Criminal Assets Bureau from proceeding with an application to seize an equestrian centre and other property.

The convicted drug dealer, his wife Geraldine and their children Darren and Tracy are opposing the CAB proceedings.
