The use of cocaine and ecstasy among young people in Ireland is slightly higher than the EU average, according to the latest annual report from the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs.

The report sais just over 2% of Irish people aged between 15 and 34 had taken ecstasy, compared to an EU average of just under 2%.
