Ahern: PSNI now far more co-operative

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, said today that the PSNI is far more co-operative with the Republic now than at any time in the past.

Sinn Féin had queried reports that the force had confirmed the identities of 50 republicans whose details were found in the hands of loyalists.
