An 18-year-old man died after losing control of his car on the road between Cootehill and Shercock in Co Cavan this morning.

An 18-year-old man died after losing control of his car on the road between Cootehill and Shercock in Co Cavan this morning.

No other vehicles were involved in the accident, which happened in Drumgeen at around 7.30am.
