GPs to protest against staff shortage at Tralee Hospital

A group of local GPs is planning to hold a demonstration at Tralee General Hospital in Co Kerry this lunchtime.

The demonstration was arranged to protest at what the doctors say are low staffing levels at the hospital.

The GPs have expressed frustration at a lack of adequate staff numbers in the accident and emergency unit, among other problems.
