Two arrested in Kerry assault investigation

Two men have been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault in Co Kerry.

The men are being held at Tralee and Killarney garda stations.

The victim, a young woman in her early 20s, claims she was attacked in the St Patrick’s Bungalows area of the town in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Gardaí are refusing to comment on reports that more than one man was involved in a prolonged attack.
