Crash victim named

Gardaí in Co Westmeath have named the victim of a road accident in Rathconrath.

Nineteen-year-old Brian Duggan of Fortill in Westmeath, died in a two-vehicle collision at lunchtime yesterday.

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
