Woman dies after ambulance crash

A 27-year old woman who was struck by an ambulance has died in hospital, it emerged today.

Gloria Corrigan, from Oriel Park, Emyvale, Co Monaghan, had been travelling home in a taxi with friends when they stopped to help at the scene of a single car accident at 4.30am on Sunday.
