Gardaí name two road accident victims

The 15-year-old girl who died as a result of a traffic collision in Co Wexford has been named as Kathy Byrne from Tullow Hill, Tullow, Co Carlow.

The teenager died at approximately 3:15 a.m. today at Ryland Road, Bunclody, Co. Wexford when she was struck by a car as she walked along the road.

In Co Meath, Gardaí have named the man who was killed in a single car crash in Kells as 19- year-old Colm Cooper of Drumbarragh, Kells, Co. Meath.

The accident happened at about 3 a.m. this morning at Drumbarragh, Kells.
