Prisoners ‘organising crime via smuggled mobile phones’

Prisoners linked to some of Ireland's most notorious gangs are reportedly continuing to organise crime by using smuggled mobile phones.

Reports this morning said mobile phones were being seized every week from prison inmates who use them to conduct their affairs on the outside.
