Minister for the Environment Dick Roche has vowed to take action against local authorities that operate illegal waste facilities.

Minister for the Environment Dick Roche has vowed to take action against local authorities that operate illegal waste facilities.

An Environmental Protection Agency report on illegal dumping has identified three such facilities being run by South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Waterford City Council.
