Investigations launched into quarry accident

The Health and Safety Authority is investigating the death of a nine-year-old boy in an accident at a quarry in Co Donegal yesterday.

The boy is believed to have died when a pile of stones collapsed on top of him at around 5pm.

The accident, which happened at a quarry in Annagry, is also being investigated by the Gardaí.
