FG dismisses proposed new national development plan

Fine Gael has rubbished the Government's intention to draw up a new national development plan when the current one expires at the end of next year.

Party spokesperson Olivia Mitchell said she believed the plan would be used as an election manifesto by Fianna Fáil and the Progressive Democrats.
