EuroMillions winner keeps head down
The Limerick woman who landed the biggest ever lotto prize in Europe has gone into hiding.
Forty-five-year-old Dolores McNamara from Limerick City scooped €113m in Friday's EuroMillions draw, making her richer than the Beckhams.
The mother of six has left her terraced bungalow in Garryowen. Her neighbours say she is staying in a nearby hotel to escape the intense media interest, but customers at her local pub, the Track Bar, say she flew out of the country early yesterday morning.
