IRA decommissioning ‘may be completed within weeks’

The IRA could reportedly complete the process of arms decommissioning within a matter of weeks following its historic decision to end armed activities.

The IRA announced yesterday that it had agreed to complete the process in the presence of two independent witnesses from the Protestant and Catholic churches.
