Cullen lauds LUAS success on anniversary

The LUAS is a huge success, Transport Minister Martin Cullen said today on the first anniversary of the system's launch.

Minister Cullen said the system had already carried more than 16 million passengers. He said this figures was expected to rise to around 20 million-a-year from now on due to increased frequency of services.
