Irishman stabbed to death in NY apartment

A 50-year-old Irishman has reportedly been stabbed to death during a double murder in New York.

Reports this morning said Leitrim man John Dalton's naked body was found in the bedroom of an apartment in an Irish neighbourhood in Queens.

A naked woman was also reportedly found stabbed to death in the kitchen of the Sunnyside apartment.

The reports did not say when the murders took place nor when the bodies were discovered.
