The Taoiseach has come under further attack in the Dáil over the Carty Report into work practices of certain gardaí in Donegal.

Labour Leader Pat Rabbitte and Trevor Sargent of the Green Party challenged Bertie Ahern as to why a report by Assistant Commissioner Kevin Carty presented in August 2000 to the Department of Justice was not acted upon immediately.
