The owner of a Cork business is being treated in hospital after being shot in London, the Evening Echo reported today.

The owner of a Cork business is being treated in hospital after being shot in London, the Evening Echo reported today.

Tom Fahey, who owns Digiprint on MacCurtain Street, was shot on Friday during a burglary at his brother’s business in Streatham in London.

Mr Fahey, aged 41, is originally from London but has been living in Fermoy for the past two years.

The Echo reported Mr Fahey was shot in the stomach and he is believed to be in a serious condition.
