89 Aer Lingus passengers stranded by French airport strike
An Aer Lingus flight left stranded in France overnight due to strike action by local fire-fighters is en route back to Ireland this morning.
Eighty-nine passengers spent the night at Toulouse Airport because of the delay. Their flight is due back in Ireland at around 10.30am today.
Aer Lingus insisted that the matter was beyond its control.
