Mobile phone age restrictions may be increased
New age limits are being considered governing mobile phone use following concern about the cost of ringtones and other downloadable programmes.
Present age limits are 16 but the rules may now be extended to age 18. There are also worries about the transparency of the terms and conditions of such services.
