CWU takes on An Post at Labour Court

The Communications Workers Union is taking its case for full entitlements under sustaining progress against An Post to the Labour Court.

While welcoming the outcome of the Assessors report on the partial payment of Sustaining Progress, the CWU says the recommendations don't go far enough.
