An Post told lift pay freeze if staff improve productivity

The Labour Relations Commission has reportedly told An Post to lift the pay freeze it has imposed on its staff, but only if they are willing to improve productivity or agree to cutbacks in costs.

Reports this morning said the recommendations were made by independent LRC assessors who studied the accounts of the state company.
