Kenny sceptical about planned postal codes

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has expressed scepticism about the Government's plans to introduce British-style postal codes throughout Ireland.

Communications Minister Noel Dempsey announced the plan this morning, saying it would be good for business and the general public.
