Inquiry into EU presidency chauffeur contract award

Inquiries are underway into the awarding of a chauffeur contract worth more than €2m during Ireland's EU presidency.

A report in today's Sunday Times claimed that the tender process for the contract to drive dignitaries from the 25 member states is being examined by the Comptroller and Auditor General.
