Rabbitte hits out in row over missing nursing home file

Tánaiste Mary Harney and Labour leader Pat Rabbitte have clashed in the Dáil in a row about a file on the illegal nursing home fees scandal that has gone missing from the Attorney General's office.

Deputy Rabbitte made repeated attempts to get information from Mary Harney about the matter but he was ruled out of order by the Ceann Comhairle.
