Waterford Crystal workers face jobs axe threat

Hundreds of workers at Waterford Crystal are facing the prospect of redundancy today after management called a meeting of the entire workforce.

The world renowned cut glass maker, one of the largest employers in the south east, is expected to announce several hundred jobs will be cut at its Dungarvan factory.
