Flights at Dublin airport back on schedule
Flights at Dublin Airport are reported to be running on schedule again this afternoon, following some delays to passengers this morning as a result of increased security measures.
Extra security staff are due to be deployed tomorrow in a bid to further ease the situation.
However, Vincent Wall, of the Dublin Airport Authority, asked that passengers on short-haul flights to the UK and Europe must present themselves for check in at least 90 minutes before their departure time, while those on trans-Atlantic and charter flights should get to check-in at least two hours in advance.
